Enrollment Verification FAQs

If your organization does not accept the NSC Certificate, you will need to submit a Pullman Verification Request Form and allow 7-10 business days for processing.

National Student Clearinghouse certificates are instant. Official statements and 3rd party documents can take 7-10 business days.

The anticipated graduation date is an administrative estimate so don't be concerned that it doesn't match the date you anticipate graduating. Its main purpose is to show the recipient that you may graduate on a date into the future. Please submit the form to the requester with the anticipated graduation date that is provided on the certificate.

The following options are available on the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site:

  • Obtain an enrollment certificate

    • Current enrollment

    • All enrollment

    • Advanced registration

  • Obtain a Good Student Discount Certificate

  • View enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse

  • View student loan deferment notifications provided to any loan holders

  • View proof of enrollment provided to any health insurers and other providers of student services and products

  • View specific information about student loans

The All Enrollment Verification Certificate provides verification of your enrollment for all terms.

It is generally available the 2nd Friday of the current term.

The certificate shows the following:

  • your name

  • your enrollment status (full time, half-time, etc) for all terms

  • start and end date of the current semester for all terms

  • status effective date

  • anticipated graduation date

  • dates certified by the school

The Advanced Registration Certificate provides verification that you are pre-enrolled into classes for the next semester that has not yet begun.

  • Approximately 4 months prior to the start of the Fall semester

  • Approximately 2 months prior to the start of the Spring semester

The certificate shows the following:

  • your name

  • your enrollment status (full time, half-time, etc)

  • start and end date of the future semester

  • anticipated graduation date

  • date certified by the school
